Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

HYVE Ai AntiVirus collects only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data — name and email address provided at registration.
• License & billing data — handled and stored by Stripe; we receive only a subscription status token.
• Optional anonymous telemetry — aggregate detection counts and crash reports, with no file contents or personally identifiable data. You can opt out in Settings.

2. What we do NOT collect

Your files, documents, photos, and personal data never leave your device. All AI analysis is performed locally. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. How we use data

Account data is used solely to deliver your license, send receipts, and provide support. Telemetry (if enabled) is used to improve detection accuracy.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@hyveav.com.
